Hardware
Appliances with numbers we stand behind.
Software capacity depends on your hardware — that's why we insist you evaluate first. Appliances run the other way: every Conspect appliance ships with a published, tested reference capacity, measured on that exact configuration. Server-grade throughout: lights-out management, ECC memory, enterprise NVMe, hot-swap filtered cooling, redundant power. Year-one licence and support included.
“Lookout”
Tested reference capacity: 16× 1080p30 H.264 IP inputs → one 4K wall + simultaneous NDI / SRT / HLS outputs.

Every appliance includes year-one licence and support, rails and a spares-relevant parts list. Build-to-order only.
The capacity warranty
Capacity figures we put in writing.
Software licence capacity figures are indicative — your hardware, sources and codecs decide, and the 60-day evaluation is how you find out. Appliances are the exception, deliberately: the reference capacity on each spec sheet is measured on the shipping configuration during its soak test, stated in writing, and warranted. That warranty gap is part of what the appliance premium buys.
Every unit: 48-hour to 7-day automated soak · I/O matrix and stream-conformance QA · reference-capacity verification before dispatch · 12-month return-to-base warranty, advance-replacement plan available at 10% of MSRP/yr.
How we build
Built to order, one at a time.
We build at most two Watchtowers a month and four Panopticons a year, each soaked and verified by the people who designed the engine. No finished-goods shelf, no channel stuffing. Quotes are valid 7 days — GPU and memory prices are locked at purchase order while the component market stays volatile.
Don't need our metal? The Lookout's full build spec is published as a free reference design — build the box yourself, buy a Studio licence, keep the difference. Or skip the rack entirely: a Mac mini (M4 Pro) and a Studio licence is a perfectly good multiviewer.
